I'm A Monster

Took me forever to find a version of this video that hasn't been removed for copyright usage. Finally found it over on a youtube page. This song is fucking nasty period. Jeezy delivers it to the fullest and kills it. Kanye is basicly saying that he is the king of this fuckin jungle and he's amazing but the video is really amazing. Check it below...

Get the Tony Williams version of Amazing HERE . ITS HOT

Chocolates and Strawberries

New artist that you may have heard on the air already named Jermih has some real sick talent with him. The song below named Birthday Sex is pretty much super saucy and is very appropriate for our blog. Check out his Myspace

Just Call Me Anne

King Britt is a musician that hails from the far reaches of Phillytown him and Santi are good friends and he has asked that this be sent far and far from the confines of his studio to spread the sound of this music. Ok, i'm done now. So foremerly known as Santogold, Santi White has now taken on the name of Santigold due to an asshole of a suit that was brought against her for name infringement. Whatever. We still love Santi no matter what her name is. Currently Santi is working on her second album with producer Pharrel Williams, I'm guessing it's gonna be pretty insane. This track named Anne surely has a creepy side to it and it reminds me a lot of Radioheads lead singer Thom Yorke, if you have never seen him live just watch the video below of him performing 15 step with a drum line behind him at the 2009 Grammy Award Show.

BEP --> E.N.D.

I'm sure that everyone has heard Boom Boom Pow by now since it has been played around the clock in yo neighborhood, area, cd thang, tape deck, and maybe even in your girlfriend. But just like with many orginal songs we get tired of them, no mater how catchy or addictive they are. So below you will find the hits you need to get Boom Boom Pow back into your life, unless it's still there. In that case just come back when you need some of these drugs. Speaking of drugs check out Julia from over at HeavyRoc in NY and her newest contribution to the world of music called Cocaine.

On a side note, like I mentioned a looooong time ago everything is moving in the direction of electro/funk/pop/synth/sex/tight pants/dance floor/dance. Gotta kinda hand it to Kanye for hitting the mainstream with 808 heartbreak so far in advance when people really didnt know what to think of it. Anyways i'm glad it's happening because that means I can just spin this ishhhh more often and not get looks....

While we're on the subject

Above you will find a man, he appears to be white to the untrained eye but if you listed to his work you might mistake him for a black man/woman singing his/her heart out in choir. Sike, Robin you're mad fly but he gets mad props from the r/b world for his talents. I came across this remix of one of Robin's songs named Magic a few days ago and it's pretty nasty. Mark Ronson put the D.C. gogo bongos on it to give it a homey feel and Wale opened the dams up for his flow. Mary of course is probably confused as to how Robin is so legit at what he does. Unfortunatly you gotta purchase this track if you really want it but I enjoyed it. It's below for your pleasure.
Also below you will find a remix done by Steve Aoki and a video accompanying the song itself as well as the download for it just below the video.

I've been working this grave shift...

I think we all remember this song. Longtime unreleased, GLC liberates this cut directed by the Gay Fish himself for the masses.

Props to GLC for dishing this out.

D.C.'s Own

Finally some damn good Hip-Hop. I've been fiending, I feel like its just shit coming out the last couple weeks(not speaking on the year, its been good to me). New Wale, he's recently come out and said that the doubters saying hes not working hard are going to be proven wrong. Well, these songs speak for themselves in my opinion. Chillin is a good song, a party song just like he intended with Gaga on the hook who does a nice job(girl still looks like the biggest slubo) which most likely will become better with each play. But Family Affair, this track is soo niceeeeeeeeeeeeee. Been missing a slowing speaking Wale over what's gotta be some UCB production.

Family Affair- Wale

Forever- Ghostface Killah

Radiohead- In it's right place(Gigamesh mix)

Good ole' Radiohead remixes. Gigamesh redoes "In it's right place" dance/2-step/electro style. Does anyone else think this would fit into Vanilla Sky?
